just completed w4 today and in my new running shoes.

the run did not seem to bad at all but don't know how much more I can do

the shoes were great I did feel a difference from my normal trainers

Well done. Hoping to get there soon myself. Glad new running shoes working out, probably be less achey if they're better- that's assuming you have had any aches.

You can do all 9 weeks! Even if you take longer than 9 weeks, that's alright - just take things nice and steady and you will run for 30 minutes! Trust the programme and trust those of us who have had exactly the same doubts but got there in the end. :-)
