This morning I am proud and very pleased to report to you that I ran 22 k. My longest ever distance in 2 hours fourteen mins. Garmin says a 1/2 marathon in 2 hours 8 mins. I am over the moon. It's all down to c25k and you my friends on this site. Onwards and upwards I always say, but time for a rest and a warm shower. Xxxxxx

Fabulous! Well done :) Great time for a half marathon too. Are you going to book in for a HM event?

I'm working may way up to that distance - but I think it's going to take me a while. lol

Thank you. I was thinking about the Blenheim palace half in October but it a lot of money to enter. I'll keep practising just for the fun of it.

Will do thanks. Off for some gentle dog walking for an hour or so. Nice and gentle. 😂

Thanks very much. I'm sitting with two pots of tea to drink and a nice pannini after the two hours dog walking. No more moving today.😃

Well done - that is fantastic and you must feel ecstatic right now! Don't think I'll be up for a HM for a while, but I have cracked 10k and am now hoping to do a 10 miler in October. What a great programme this is! Beautiful photo too btw☺

Longer distances come with time. I'm following my Garmin training plan and I think that really helps. Good luck in October.
