After completing wk5r3 I thought this run would be a breeze, boy was I wrong. I found it harder than I thought I would, kept to my usual slow, slow, very slow ! Couch to 5k certainly keeps you on your toes.🐵

It certainly does I agree ! Very much a mental challenge as well as a physical one .

I think Week 6 is a bit of a spanner in the works after the euphoria of W5 R3.

You did it though, Well done !

Keep going , youre doing great ! :-) xxx

Well done for just plodding it out!

I think a number of us found it a strange one!

Good luck :)

Well done!

Have read lots of comments about others struggling with this one. I've got that to look forward to.

Keep up the good work!

It may be in there to prove that it's actually easier to keep running than to go back to intervals!

It will get easier again. Keep up the good work 🏃🏻

I am starting my W6R1 tomorrow and I am dreading it. My W5R3 was very hard to finish...

Good luck!

W6R1 does trip up a few people, but just take it slowly, don't dread it. Approach every run calmly and relaxed, that way you will run better. Anxiety causes tension, which you don't need...... So relax. The worst thing that can happen is that you do not complete a run and have to repeat it. There is no shame in that.
