5 mile coastal run

Nice steady run today 5.02 miles in 47 mins 12 secs, I fancied a change of scenery so drove down to the outskirts of Portsmouth where my wife dropped me off. From there I run the east side of the coast until I reached Southsea seafront where my wife was waiting for me in the coffee cup. What a lovely place to finish up, sat there with my favourite beverage (tea) and we watched the world go by, finishing with a walk along the seafront. Nice start to a Sunday! 😎
