Morning everyone, happy friday!

Completed W9 R2 with a nice and easy run, started slow & steady and stayed there, even sped up a little for the last minute. Total distance including walks was 4.26km. The middle section I lost to daydreaming so it must have been ok...I pictured (for some obscure reason) a triathlon route and imagined swimming, riding then running...the last section Bon Jovi accompanied me.

Just one more run to go...I graduate on Sunday :-)
