IC Couch

so the swollen foot is still tender, I was tempted to go for W7 R2 this morning but when I put on running shoes decided its not ready yet. frustrating this is now a week on the IC couch.

However I have been out for long walks and 1 hour cycle rides which seem to be helping the healing process.

hope everyone else is progressing :-)

back on the road ASAP

Hmm.  I'm strying to see the logic progression between those two clauses.

because those things seem good for swollen foot?

RICE - REST, Ice, Compression, Elevation.

Put your foot up. Literally. put ice on it 6 times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Do not do any load bearing exercise. You do not rehab bruises by working them hard.
