Couch to 5K

Week 5 day 3

Well what can I say except This Girl Can.  I did it. I even punched the air much to the amusement of the professional gym people.  My new running trousers will soon be mine. Mind you I think I am gonna need a new pair of trainers soon.  I do have a few niggly pains in my shins and the back of my left heal.  Rest day tomorrow and I might get some tiger balm if no improvement over night.

This girl did indeed!  Well done and many congratulations. Punching of the air is compulsory after this run. Keep stretching and self massage your calves and top of shins.
