walk to track 7 minutes .5 mi

Pre-run Stretches     6 minutes

------------------

Walk warm up                 = 2 minutes

jog 3:00 walk 3:00           = 6 minutes

Run/jog 3:00 Walk 2:00   = 5 minutes

Run/jog 3:00 walk 3:00   = 6 minutes

Run/jog 3:00 walk 2:00   = 5 minutes

walk cool down               = 3 minutes

Total track time               = 27 minutes

2.5 miles track workout

------------------

post run stretches 2 minutes

bleachers climb    3 minutes

Walk home 7 minutes .5 mi

Total activity time = 52 minutes

Total miles 3.5

Working on getting that full run without the jog. Today was partial run and partial jog. Hopefully a week of this transitioning will get me into a full run. I can feel the need for hip flexor work and my left thigh femoris is still complaining. I'll build 'em as I go with exercises and track sessions.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
