W7R1 done!

What a gloomy morning - the last thing I felt like doing was going for a run and getting soggy. But then I thought about the big  burger (and ahem fries) I had for dinner last night which spurred me on to try and least burn off a few calories. I tried a different route and the change in scenery helped (although it a was bit hillier than I anticipated!)

well done - it is often those unwanted runs that turn out to be the most satisfying!

I think a change in scenery can make a huge difference, and hills are great training too! :)
