I was worried about tonight's run as I had a weeks break. I just felt very tired and unmotivated. Surprised myself as I managed to complete it. Extremely please, slight cheat as I chose a flat route haha.. It's my first post, I always find this forum full off advice and encouraging tips therefore decided to share my thoughts that a small break from the programme should not put folk off, join back in tonight's run should have me back on track.
