Just completed W4R1. Can't quite believe I ran for 5 whole minutes, twice! Found the first 5 minutes really hard, but the second 5 minutes weren't quite so bad, and the 3 minute runs in between felt much better than they did last week.
Only problem being Laura's taste in music is getting more bizarre by the week! Running technique is not helped by being distracted wondering who on earth picked the music, although when I think I must have done 4 minutes and Laura tells me ive done 2 and a half, any distraction is welcomed. 😄

Just let the music flow.... one day you may be glad of it!
Onwards and upwards...Week 4 Run 2...
PS Ignore Rignold... he is biased where Laura's music is concerned... and he wouldn't chew his feet off, he needs them for all the amazing things he does... he is brilliant!
Well done! I know what you mean about Laura's timekeeping, though - it's like falling through a hole into a special "running" universe where minutes are much longer than they are in the normal world.
I found the music quite hypnotic, in that I mean I could do what was needed on that run. I still use the podcasts when I'm struggling a bit, they always carry me through.
