It's been replaced by the One You app. The programme is the same, but you won't get Laura!

I got Michael Johnson instead, surprisingly soothing!

It depends on the phone I believe. Mine's an iPhone & is still the normal C25K change for life app x

I had the old change for life app on my iphone but had to deinstall it when it froze. When I went to reinstall, it was no longer available and, as Hannah141 says, looks to have been replaced by the One You app (where you can choose your trainer voice). I haven't yet tried the app though as I find Laura's commentary on the podcast really helps - I've hoping to do W6R3 later today so may try the app for a change

Just used the new app and seems great. Choose Michael Johnston and he was actually rather soothing haha. Feeling good that I have a run under my belt.

Well done! Be warned - it does get addictive!! :)

No Laura! Unthinkable!    I like the podcasts. They seem to be more stable than the app

Good luck! One the tech is sorted out it should be plain sailing. Laura will hold your hand throughout. GO SLOWLY is all you need to know at this point

Have fun!

Just completed W1R1 with the app. All seemed okay but may try the podcasts too! I definitely found going slowly helped. Feeling rather proud.

If you have an iPhone or ipod you can download the podcasts, I found them great! Good and stable, the app I've heard from some on here, is not so good..😊

I used the couch to 5K app that was suggested earlier and just completed my W1R1. Cant believe I actually done it. I choose Michael Johnson to be the voice and he kept me going. Managed to do the whole programme without stopping. Feeling rather proud!
