Phew, wasn't so bad!

Ran this morning at home after a seven day break.  Had been up in the Highlands and did go out once for 25 mins and found it HARD!  My hip felt a bit tender so decided not to go again till home.  I was dreading going out today but glad I got myself out there even though I decided just to do twenty minutes.  Why do I think I'll not be able to do it when I've had a few days off?  Next run will be for the full 5km and give myself a shake beforehand!
