Week 7 run 2

Done this morning. Was freezing at start but soon warmed up. I seem to follow a pattern. Start off thinking can't do it, this is going to be hard. Warm up after 5 mins running, then think I could run forever, last 5 minutes have to dig deep as struggle. At the end though- feel amazing!

Well done. I felt like that first 5 mins of my run (just on week 6) and then felt great. Maybe it was the cold weather!

I always have those few minutes at the beginning where I think I maybe can't do it and think I'm mad to even think I can be a runner...but once I get into it I seem to get into a rhythm and get through the rest ok! I don't know why I have to have that mental argument with myself at the beginning of every run!

I always find the last 5 minutest of a run seems to take longer than the 5 minutes warmup walk !
