Used. Last Friday I finished week 4 feeling pretty smug as I'd managed ok and skipped off to take my kids to Beaver camp. That was good fun but I forgot what 2 nights without sleep does to you and that I've never been a climber. I had a couple of goes on a climbing wall and next day I really know about it! Unfortunately I also ran out/ forgot my thyroid medication which has knocked me sideways.
After a full week off running I was panicking about what state I'd be in. I repeated wk3 run 4 this morning. Haaaard work today, but managed it. OH leaves on a trip for 2 weeks which means I won't be able to run when I wake up, which is when I usually go. I have a 45 min window between work and picking up the kids which I'm going to try to use - we'll see. I've never run in the day. I think these next 2 weeks are probably make or break. Dreading week 5 but I really havey eyes on a park run in May, so onwards!

Don't worry too much about week 5, I find it best now not to look ahead too much, just on the next run and take it as it comes. Take it nice and steady and you will get there.
