Cop Out!

So here I was all ready to do my W7R2 5 mins into the run my shin started hurting (recently had acupuncture to treat shin splint), I have a netball tournament tomorrow so not wanting to risk damaging my shin further I decide to do the remaining 25 mins (includes 5 mins cool down) on the bike which resulted in me doing 6.5k so not a complete waste I guess .........
