Got out of work early so ditched run from the station to run with Kevin and Ryan(hubby and son) round Wanstead Flats,loved that is so light that could run on the flats instead of the pavement round it.
Did 4.8k in 31:32 now for a nice big bowl of chilli cooking by my awesome hubby
