I quite liked it, although it starts too slow for my liking! It took me longer than normal to cover my usual distance and my legs really ached after. I think my usual pace must be somewhere between 160/165. Not sure whether I will use it next week though.

I've done it 6 times now and the furthest I've got is 31 minutes - just as the 165BPM starts. I managed just over 6km though.

Ooh I've managed it once but nothing like that distance, a scant 5k really. Well done! Im still looking for something comparable to take me further. People recommend Sami but I haven't found those podcasts yet I'm starting to use these podcasts to concentrate on moving my feet into that cycling mode Laura talks about. My stride and therefore speed and distance increase but I can't do it "properly" for long!!
I suppose the trouble with the pace they set is that it's one size fits all regardless of leg length or acquired technique.
