Last week I did the "Stamina" podcast twice, because I mucked it up first time by getting confused as to where I was in the session and going to fast and wearing myself out.. I wanted to prove to myself I could do it all the way through....a bit gruelling but I did it! I can't say it has made me any faster, but I did notice I was much lighter on my feet on my run yesterday, an felt like I coulod run all day - big improvement!

I did the Stamina podcast for the first time yesterday and would say I found it the hardest of all 3, was dripping sweat by the end (on to the floor, ewww!) and really felt it pushed me. I think these podcasts really do make a difference and 'train' us to run a bit better x
