Decided that as I was going to a Zumba class this morning at the sports centre at a local holiday park I would do my run there as soon as I had finished. Usually the class is not too strenuous just picks me up and gives me energy for the day but today (sod's law) it was much tougher than normal with lots of thigh work so I came out a bit knackered. Set off on my run anyway, it was only a 10 minute run (can't believe I am saying that when I could only run 1 minute at the beginning!) so ran up through the woods then back around the caravans and cottages. First few minutes felt really tough for some reason couldn't get the breathing right at all but it soon sorted itself out and was fine after that. Playing my Running CD compilation again and the strange track for today was "Baggy Trousers" by Madness! Made me smile and sing along but also made me want to do the Madness walk rather than run - I resisted the urge thankfully! Wonder what treats it will have for me next time?
