Not something I generally suffer with. However, I am now and it seems to coincide with my increased level of activity and particularly the running. Has anyone else had a similar experience and any tips on what I might be doing wrong to feel this way ?

Back pain

I've developed a back problem too so I'd be interested to hear this as well. My problem is a tightness of the muscles in my lower back that is a steady dull ache that eases off as I move about gently but increases after exercise. We need to look after backs but I don't think it's bad enough to worry s doctor with at the same time I wonder if I'm doing more damage.
Mine sounds just like that almost feels like my kidney area sometimes.

Running makes demands on your core. It may just be that you need to do a few core strength exercises.
I used to get back ache after running, but it's not nearly so bad now - since doing more core strength work (which I do not particularly like doing!). But it's worth it - sit ups, plank etc.
Don't like the sound of that but wi give it a try cheers.
