Hi! pretty much just started couch to 5k... tomorrow is week 2 run 3..my legs ache! It feels like growing pains all over again...I'm enjoying it though! No more shin splints!

Welcome to C25K,😊 you are in good company, persevere with those aches and pains, it is because your body is not used to your new exercise regime, As you continue to run those what we call here on C25K 'gremlins' should cease to bother you when out 🏃,well they might still be there for a short time but should go within 10 minutes from the start of your runs. 🏃🏃😊
Great job... getting rid of the splints is fantastic... those aches are just to remind you how awesome you are and to give them some low impact exercises on your non running days.
