I couldn't get out for my run until late and nearly missed the day light. However I was afforded the most beautiful red sunset across the common. I have to say a mahoosive thank you to every single person on here. You have given me the inspiration and support when I have needed it. I can't say it has been easy but I have never ever regretted one single run, the feeling of well-being far out ways the pain. For anyone reading this who has yet to graduate never give up, I did it and that is a miracle! When ever I thought I couldn't take another step I imagined myself in a nice new sailing jacket (my promise to myself for completing c25k) that kept me going and my mind off the pain. I can't sail but I have got a modest power boat; but guess what? out of all the 100's of songs on my play list, David Gray's 'Sail Away' was playing and finished the moment Laura told me to slow down. Spooky!!!
See you in a minute Secan, I'm about to walk onto the platform and join you and all the other fabulous graduates

Yes- there are a lot of us and absolutely well done to you too and all who are graduating this week. The support is amazing and I am definitely going to stay tuned in to this site to continue to be inspired and hopefully inspire others. Its just a shame I have to go to work in between (LOL) . Have to say the administrators work hard and a huge thank you to them for helping people like me/us achieve our goals.
Well done! A whole new batch of graduates, all of us still learning like crazy and loving every minute of it. Look forward to reading your post-graduate posts to pinch a few ideas!
