W3R2+... Oops

Was feeling so good at the end of the run, I kept going, right through the warm-up (and added a 5 minute walk to cool down at the end) I felt I could go on even further, and I was cracking a good treadmill pace to boot!

6 minutes run! And no more lower leg pain!

I struggled on week 1 and now feel I could hit W5R3...

So that's my good run done, when's my bad one due???

I think I had it on my last run - water logged field, muddy inclines, head cold - managed to finish it but it stopped my (intentional) trend of each run being longer than the last :-).

Well done on run 2, I found run 1 hard yesterday I'm on run 2 tomorrow.
