Ahh yes! Quite a bit of a juant for you, Parkruns are all a bit of distance for you being near Stafford!😕 maybe you could recommend one in your area, have you got a half decent course nearby, on Park or commonland?😊

They are fellow members of my running club, no, I don't care much about speed, just great to be out there and able to do it, I just tell them to buzz off and have a good run..😊
