A year on...

I finished c25k just over a year ago.. And can honestly say it's the best thing I ever did! I've continued my running and signed up to many runs since.. (Wolf runs, race for life, colour runs, simple 10k) but last week I ran the Coventry half marathon!! And RAN the entire way round!!

So for all you people that have hit a wall or are struggling to carry on, keep going, keep pushing yourself.. Cause it's such a fantastic achievement and makes you feel incredible when you are able to do it!!

Well done everyone!

Great words of encouragement and motivation, we remember how tough it can be on the programme. Keep going all, the running adventures can take you anywhere when you have graduated! Julie

Well done! and thank you for letting us know, it is so inspiring to read the success stories of others. I have another week until I graduate and to see myself where you are in a year's time is a fantastic goal.

That looks tough! But to achieve all that in just one year is so amazing. Having only just graduated I look in awe at all you fantastic runners , can't believe that might be me in a year's time. I reckon I might give it a go though!
