Hi all. I have just completed week 3 after about 20 years of no serious exercise. I have found all the runs tough but I think I got 'in the zone' tonight in the second 3 minuter. Enjoying this. Bring on week 4.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your running..its not easy but it is doable.. watch out for more running 'in the zone' it will begin to happen more now, keep going slow and steady. Good luck with Week 4. :)
