Yay completed today's run!! I was able to run for 3 minutes. Absolutely delighted. Thank you to all of you who encouraged me!

Well done. It's amazing isn't it!!! I ran w3r2 thismorning and still amazed it's possible for me.. Well done us!! Also can't believe how quick the weeks and runs are going past.. can we dare believe we might make it? Lol so supportive on here.. gives me every bit of encouragement I need x thanks for posting your progress and good luck for wed run x

Absolutely the support is so important. I'm glad you made the second run. I hope I do mine too. As you say the three minutes wasn't so bad. As someone said last week we aren't actually running anymore this week but running for longer periods at a time. All the best for number 3. 😀

We'll see that name changed to Happyrunner. It is fantastic to realise you're making progress. I think it is the rapid progress that helps us keep motivated and even get hooked on this running lark. Wouldn't miss it for anything now. Really glad I finally did this programme after toying with the udea for years. Just keep at it, you will definitely get through.
