Today I completed week 5 it was hard going and really didn't think I could do the full 20 mins but I did, although a lot more of my body seemed to ache and hurt doing this run legs, feet and my lower back never had pain in my back before when running. Feeling very achy now but at least I did ☺

Well done! Knew you could do it! That's fantastic :) boo to the aches though, are you quite a fast runner? Nice warm bath and a rest day or two for you before tackling week 6, you can do this, keep it up! :)

Well done! Hope the aches disappear quickly. Back to intervals for the start of week 6 and although a lot of people find it catches them out for some reason you might enjoy it after feeling achy for this run. Contrary to popular opinion I really quite enjoyed the first run of week 6 :D
