I would recommend a slow and steady pace. Managed 4.58K in 37 minutes. I feel I am beginning to achieve something now and have my sights on a parkrun in a couple of months time!

Great stuff well done you could do parkrun now , lots run/walk it or even just walk it , well worth doing
I could do parkrun now, but I want to run most if not all of it.

I was the same didn't do it until I could do 5k running comfortably
