Can I share a proud runner moment?πŸƒπŸ»

...because I know people on here understand! A definately by-product of working on distance/trails seems to be speedier shorter runs. Did my local pavement pounder today and achieved a new 5k PB of 28:44 (or 29:01 by the time I managed to get my phone out and hit 'stop'!) Nice to see all the hard work paying off isn't it?!πŸ™‚
