I took a 3 day break (Sun, Mon & Tue) and got back out there today and did W6R1 it was hard work with gusting winds to battle against but its done!

Had a twinge in my right knee part way round but nothing too bad I couldn't run through and got back did some stretches and its feeling good again now ... see how it feels after the walk home tonight.
