A glass of wine seems like a good reward, I'll have a Rioja :-) well done.

I suppose , if a few weeks ago it would just have been a glass of wine after a bad day, a run and some wine is much healthier !

Running does help with the rubbish days at work! Enjoy your wine! I will be having a bottle of cider on Sat evening after parkrun.

Yes I did once. It was Easter and I had travelled down to stay with my sister. For weeks before I had been thinking that when I was staying with her I'd be able to get some runs in while she looked after the girls. We got there at about 3pm and my sister decided to open a bottle of wine for us two to share. So we finished the wine and I still really wanted to do my run, really drawn by the fact that the route would be a fresh one. I found it really hard being dehydrated before setting off. I think I was on week 6 at that point and I did the run but I don't think I could have licked an envelope to save my life after.
