CPM Avg??

I'm using the Irunning ap... Can anyone explain what CPM Avg stands for in the summary? (Something to do with pace, I guess?)

(Being a non-runner can I just say how fab C25K is - I'm on week 7 and loving it!! Nothing gets in the way of my 3 x a week plod!!)

I googled it and the nearest I could find is calories burnt - could it be that?

Hmmm... Not sure... My CPM Avg is normally about 10 - whatever that means! (for a half HR plod, avg pace about 7.25...
