Snap!! I've just done W3R3 last night and found it ok to be fair. Could have carried on after the 3 minutes so that kinda spurs me on for Week 4 and feel confident that I'll be ok as opposed to being negative and telling myself that I can't do it. Aim to be done by the first week in March and I'm currently bang on target. Well done xxashxxxleyxx - we can do both do this x
