Starting week 3 today, find that I'm nervous about running for two minutes. Ridiculous, as many years ago I was regularly running half marathons and completed the London twice!! Various injuries and life I general meant I had to give up running bit I really miss being out in the open air and I'm enjoying following Laura on the app. Wish me luck 😲😲😲

Thanks for all the encouragement. Wasn't as bad as I expected. You're right Ullyrunner, the body doesn't forget, it's just not been too willing these days!!!
