hi all weather not brilliant this morning but at least it was dry!! but VERY VERY ICY

Had to be careful but got round!

HAd a very satisfying cup of coffee at the end!!

I have a fear of ice, I have trouble walking when its icy, so running on it for me is a complete non starter.

Ours was cancelled today, not that I couldve done it anyway cos Im benched - Pah !

Lots of snow here too, so we don't have to feel too bad being inside...

The pain in my calf is still there, I think its a tight muscle or something, I really need to get a foam roller .

So did I! Very slippery conditions. Still, we better get used to them as it'll be like this and worse for the foreseeable. We'll soon be peering out the window at snow, and asking "should I or shouldn't I?"

thankfully today is a rest day for me as i dont run at weekends -- too many family or bowling commitments--- we have a blanket of snow this morning here in Letchworth Garden City. If its still here tomorrow it will be a treadmill run for me!!

yes treadmills are a last resort for me !! dont like them but use them sparingly!!
