So I've started right back at the start of the app after working through it 2 years ago - which was nothing short of life changing for me. But, an unrelated injury put me out of action for the 2nd half of last year. I thought I'd take a sensible and enjoyable approach to getting back into it and am working through the programme.
I started week 3 this week and it seems too short - 2 repetitions of 90 sec run, 90 sec walk, 3 minute run, 3 minute walk. Is this right? I certainly covered quite a bit less of a difference than last week and seems like quite a jump to next.
Many thanks for your help!

That's right. If it seemed easy then it just means you are fit. Just follow the programme. Don't worry about the details.
Yes it's right. Your building up your total running time going from 90 seconds to 180 seconds. It's all about bringing it all together. The total longest run the week before was 120 seconds. Happy running.
Hi there, I am also repeating the programme after an injury break. Only on Week 1, will do run 2 tomorrow! Sounds right for Week 3 to me, just go with it, sounds like you are doing well. Good luck! x
Thanks everyone - definitely wo say it was easy. Was very happy to see the end of the 2nd 3 minutes and a bit concerned when I looked at what was ahead next week!! Just so glad to be back out there though - have really missed it.
