Calling anyone that need some motivation to crack the C25K and see a real change in your fitness levels. Its not all about the numbers but more about putting in the effort yourself and helping each other to improve our fitness levels. And of course we make it fun. This challenge is a trip of a lifetime - travelling around the world in 80 days. Its a long way and we travelled through Middle East, India, Japan, America and back to UK. We need to achieve 501kms per day.
Right now we are 13 days into the trip on a steamer getting ready to throw some shapes on the Bollywood dance floor. Tomorrow we arrive in Bombay 
What we need from you is for you post every day but one day in arrears. So if you want to join, you would post today your kms for yesterday and tomorrow your kms for today and onwards. But if you have done your running and want to post, of course please do.
