Lovely Parke parkrun!

Well what a fuss I made last week having chickened out at the Exeter Parkrun. I went to the Parke one at Bovey Tracey today and it was lovely! Friendly, very muddy - and I will definitely do it again. I found it really hard, never quite managed to get into a comfortable rhythm and fought the "gremlins" much of the way round. However, I finished, found a little extra at the end and didn't (quite) come last. Yeeehaaa!

Haha ! Well, now you know there is nothing to be scared of and you will know what to expect next time. Well done for giving it a go.

Haha it didn't take you long to get your confidence to run your first Parkrun. A brilliant way to start 2016 and I hope it's the first of many this year.
