Feeling great !

Hi - I'm a 52 year old new runner at week 6 of the programme. It's helped me so much get back to some sort of fitness (I've never been that motivated !) - I've joined a local running group and taken on a personal trainer and entered now for my first running event - the Brighton 10k in April. I'm very grateful for this programme and looking forward to graduating on to 10k running next. A huge change for the person I was before I started this. Happy running, Steve

Great to hear about your achievements Steve. It sounds like you have really got the running bug! Well done you.

You will no doubt be getting your 5k badge soon.

The health benefits are great, running gives you a real feeling of wellbeing.

Good luck for your next runs.

Happy running to you too. It's amazing the difference this programme can make ... with a not insignificant bit of effort from yourself of course! :-)

Thanks ! It surely is (on both counts!)

Well done ! Is that the 10k before the Marathon ? I'm entered for that too with a view to cheering on a lot of more advanced C25Kr's who are doing the Marathon afterwards. See you there hopefully !
