Great run at Olympic park again,not as sunny as Sunday and hard work without my run buddy husband Kevin but I did it

Home now to get ready for weekend with the folks in Nuneaton

You want to get used to running alone as you can set your own agenda. Running with others can be fun but there are times when you want to do something specific in your own time ☺

I normally do a run home alone and started on my own but Kevin is great at making me take those extra steps
