W4R1 late posting today but I was actually awake before my alarm at 6am this morning. I almost jumped out of bed.
I am sharing this as my choice to do couch to 5k is as much about improving my mental wellbeing as it is about my physical wellbeing.
I have to say that I haven’t approached a Monday morning with that zest in years.
The fact that I completed my run and stepped up to 5 minutes from 3 felt great but the joy of embracing a Monday morning with positivity is the greater achievement for me today

I wish I could 'love' this post instead of just 'like' it. Although I didn't start it with mental wellbeing in mind, I now feel just the same about C25K, the effect is fabulous.
Monday mornings can be so tough but this program and what it can do for us is amazing!! So happy for you. Good luck with the rest of the program!! You can do it 👍🏻😊
Wow wow, perhaps I should try that early, I do go out at 06:30 on occasions, but not always with enthusiasm. However I always feel better after a run. I find it a great way to start the day, and a real help with mental health. 🏃♀️
