Great way to start the week

W4R1 late posting today but I was actually awake before my alarm at 6am this morning. I almost jumped out of bed.

I am sharing this as my choice to do couch to 5k is as much about improving my mental wellbeing as it is about my physical wellbeing.

I have to say that I haven’t approached a Monday morning with that zest in years.

The fact that I completed my run and stepped up to 5 minutes from 3 felt great but the joy of embracing a Monday morning with positivity is the greater achievement for me today

I wish I could 'love' this post instead of just 'like' it. Although I didn't start it with mental wellbeing in mind, I now feel just the same about C25K, the effect is fabulous.

Wow wow, perhaps I should try that early, I do go out at 06:30 on occasions, but not always with enthusiasm. However I always feel better after a run. I find it a great way to start the day, and a real help with mental health. 🏃‍♀️
