That's it RNB, we can never ever stop running. We have to be in it for the long haul!! *Thinks: how will I afford Sweatshop prices when I'm on a pension?*

That's really interesting - must admit my legs are feeling alot harder and look less flabby since I started running lets hope my mental function has started ageing slower I can't afford any loss there!

Ta for that snippet! I thought about that Ancient as I was jumping all over my living room this morning, leaping about with Jillian Michaels who was bellowing at me like a RSM! I have this for the rest of my days, I said to myself. Oh well. Better to be fit and strong. The alternative is unthinkable

Oh Ive just read about this . Glad youre safe RNB, those poor innocent people that are caught up in this just going about their day to day business. Very sad indeed xxx
