Well, it goes on... Week 7 completed and if I didn't have the achy legs to prove it I think I'd try and convince myself I have dreamt it! Can't believe I only have 2 weeks left, I know my next challenge will be upping my pace but hey... 7 weeks ago the thought of running non stop for more than 2 minutes at any pace seemed like a weird fantasy.

Onward and upward...

It is getting pretty tough at this stage but every run is strengthening ur legs. Make sure u get ur rest and onwards towards graduation!
