Ha! I sound like the train network but leaves on the ground are slippery!
After my disastrous experience on the treadmill last week I haven't been out for a run. I have been extremely tired, a bit down in the dumps and feeling unconfident in my ability to run blah, blah, blah. However I got myself some Floradix and feel a lot perkier, so at lunch time I ventured out and I ran 4.20k in 30 minutes which is .03 slower than my graduation run but there were a lot of damp, mushy leaves underfoot (I run on grass) so I am quite pleased with myself. I need to get back into a routine and set myself another goal. I do miss Laura and the C25K plan. Is there another app I can use to help motivate me? I would really like to run 5K in under 30 minutes but I want an app to egg me on, any suggestions would be appreciated.
