Here is me and my OH off to park run, like you do........he was tail runner, went down a storm, the grim reaper bringing up the rear!

I was marshalling, got the finish turn, sending all those unsuspecting runners to what they thought was the finish......mmwwaaaaahhh, mmmmwwwaahhhh!

Thanks welshmum, it was funny at the end, they were saying, 'oh we're waiting for the grim reaper', not 'we're waiting for the tail runner', it was a lot of fun, he got a lot of compliments!

Ha ha, no, there were some Nordic walkers with sticks, one of which managed to fall over near the start. There are some great photos on the Facebook page.

Just back from the 10k, it was a good one, very flat course, one bit of off road that was a bit slippy but not too bad - would recommend that one - downside I got stung by some pesky beast on the back of the neck just after we arrived, so had to see the first aiders before it even started, bah!

It was so funny at one point he had to wait in some bushes for the slower people who had stopped, it was really creepy for all those running past!
