Well i have only gone and done it!! Despite not really feeling like going out i pushed myself as if i didnt go tonight it would have been Sunday before i completed week 3.It was hard and sloww compared to my normal pace but its complete.I have 3 days recovery now which i think i will need as my knees are quite sore.My plan is to start week 4 day 1 and see how it goes but may end up doing week 3 again.

Well done! Slow is good, especially as your body gets used to the idea of this running malarky You might find some knee strengthening exercises useful too nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...
Good luck with week 4
As the others have said - slow is good.
This is all about building up endurance. You can worry about speed once you can run for a good duration but for now don't feel upset about slowing it all down. Your body needs time to adapt and it can only do that without injury if you don't push too hard to start with.
Good luck with W4 - take it slow and you'll manage it.
