Can't believe I have just 2 runs left to graduate.
Really enjoyed my first 30 minute run despite the rain. Got to admit at the start didn't believe I'd get here.
Was overtaken by just about every runner out there but OK, it's still early days and speed should come later.
Running for 30 minutes is a fantastic achievement, well done, great stamina! I graduated three weeks ago and my speed is slowly building but I don't want to be a speed queen anyway! Just pace urself and graduate safely - exciting!! 😉 Julie
Well done kerry, so nearly there. The goal at present is 30mins - don't compare your speed to others at this point. You will get stronger and faster naturally. I graduated a couple of runs ago and am feeling stronger each time I go out, but am letting that build gradually. Keep going!

He is one of my bunnies, a Conti cross called Sidney. Nice to hear I'm not the only bunny mad runner on here!
