I have completed W7R3. Feeling happy and proud for myself

I feel first 2-3 mins are very tough for me and after that it is smooth. Any suggestion, how to overcome this situation.

Congrats! I find the first ten mins tough!! But then I've read on here that that is the case until you get into a steady rhythm, so I try to think, it's not just me and just push on through it :-)

Well done. You're well on your way to graduating. As for the tough first few minutes, a lot of us have to wait 10 minutes before things go smoothly. It just seems to be part of running. Of course you could try making your warm up longer, and do some intervals in it to get that first bit of running already done, if you're only suffering for such a short time. But then the end is going to be that mach harder.
